This is an outline of the Haas Design proofing process. This outline of the design process can be applied to almost

all of the following design services; logos, business cards, letterhead, menus, tent cards, corporate cards,

save the date cards, wedding invitations, wedding programs, place cards, etc.

 

contract and payment 

• A service contract will be sent out to you via e-mail.

• Sent completed and signed contract plus a check or money order for full payment to Haas Design

• Once your check clears, the design and proofing process will begin 

 

questionnaire and preliminary thumbnails 

• A questionnaire will be sent out to you via e-mail. The questionnaire helps us get you input on the design project

• A eight preliminary thumbnails will be created and you will be e-mailed a link to view them online. Each of the thumbnails will

  be numbered so they can easily be referenced. (You will get this e-mail three business days after Haas Design

  receives your questionnaire)

• Look over these options, you will have three business days to decide which option you would like to pursue.

 

revision one

• Send us your revisions from your preliminary thumbnails. These revisions may be very drastic, for example you may

  like the color of thumbnail two, but like the type of thumbnail four and the subhead copy of thumbnail eight.

• Haas Design will make your revisions and e-mail you another link to view your revised thumbnails within three business days

  but, instead of eight thumbnails, there will be four revised thumbnails.

 

revision two (final revision) 

• Send us your final revisions from your revised thumbnails. These revisions will be modest, for example,

  make subhead of logo two points smaller, delete the subhead, change text color to black, take out drop shadow on logo.

• Once these revisions are complete the proofing process is complete. A hi-resolution version of your logo will be sent

  to you on CD.
